Tell us a little about you and your beloved:  Well, we met through mutual friends, and after our first date, we knew that there was something different, something special.
Six months later, Nate popped the question and we were married threemonths later! It was a crazy whirlwind that I wouldn’t trade for anything. We are currently living in San Luis Obispo and recently celebrated our very first wedding anniversary and feel blessed beyond belief!
What was the most amazing part of your day?  Walking down the aisle towards my soon-to-be hubby! It was such an incredible feeling I will never forget.  Nate says his favorite was watching me come down the aisle.

We also placed an organza bag on each guests chair during the ceremony and it was stuffed with rose petals. When we walked down the aisle as a married coupe they tossed them in the air.

Any advice you’d give to our readers who are planning their weddings right now?  We did not like our DJ at all! He was terrible! My only advice would be to really research who it is and make sure he is in sync with what you are wanting. Our guy completely disregarded what we had asked and ended up doing his own thing which was incredibly cheesy!
Also, we planned this wedding without having to hire a wedding planner, but I do highly recommend having someone in charge on the day of so that you can relax and enjoy your special day!
Anything that you would have done differently if you were given the chance?  Definitely would have had a live band!
