So our Summer/Fall 2016 issue arrives this week, and in our editor/publisher’s “Edit Letter,” Wendy suggests breaking all of the rules…well, for the covers for the Summer/Fall 2016 issue, she takes her own advice, and we have THREE Cover Model Winners! Yep, you read that right: all three of our cover model contest finalists get her very own cover. We had such a hard time picking just one single girl cover—there was a lot of agonizing and sleepless nights here at the Real Weddings offices!
We feel that these three images of Karlee, Bianca and Carissa represent Real Weddings to the core…beautiful, gorgeous, fun, local, colorful, approachable, and, well, real! So we just couldn’t help ourselves!
For this issue (and this issue only!), we’re breaking the rules. No, we’re not going to do this for every issue going forward—for our next issue, we’ll go back to picking a single winner, but for this issue only, we’ll have two Summer covers and two Fall covers: three single girl covers and one three girl cover…take a look! We hope you agree that these covers are simply perfect for Real Weddings!

As always, we picked three amazing real brides from the hundreds who entered our cover model contest to serve as our fashion models for our shoot at the The Falls Event Center this past March. We are honored to have Karlee, Bianca and Carissa as this issue’s three cover model finalists! These amazing young women let us poke and prod them, dress them up and make them up at our all-day shoot—it was so much fun working with these three extraordinary women! Karlee, Bianca and Carissa, our sincere thanks for being such great Real Weddings Magazine cover model contest finalists, and truly, making our jobs so extraordinarily hard—we LOVE that!!
