Welcome back to another Real Weddings Wednesdays, folks! Today, we are taking a look at the beautiful wedding of Lindsay and Andrew. Do they seem familiar? It’s because they! You may recognize Lindsay from our beautiful Winter cover, along with their feature in our In the Mood for Love shoot at the Granite Bay Golf Club. Make sure you give those gorgeous shoots a visit!

Their REAL wedding (hence, Real Weddings Wednesday), is what we’re here to celebrate today – set at Old Sugar Mill and complete with lots of (puppy) love! We’re talking chic and industrial photos with a furry guest appearance, amazing hair and makeup artistry from our dear partner, All Dolled Up, amazing planning from Magnolia Avenue Events, a koala-inspired cake from Baker & A Black Cat, and stunning florals (thanks Strelitzia Flower Co.!) that are sure to inspire. Keep scrolling to read about the lovely couple and to get in on more of photos from Kayla Esparza Photography!

Tell us a little about you and your beloved.

We met during a summer block party. We met when we both lived in London with Andrew living in the apartment complex, and Lindsay, at that time, couch surfing at the same complex. It was late afternoon and after a brief and memorable encounter, the rest was history. We got engaged in Capri, Italy overlooking the Punta Carena Lighthouse in May 2022. The wedding planning was the best party we have ever had to plan for. The process from start to finish is a bit of a roller coaster but we enjoyed every second and were so thrilled with our vendors.

What was the best part of your day?

We had a lot of friends and family travel from afar, so seeing our life’s journeys represented in the same place at the same time with such an important and loving group was so special.

Advice from the couple:

Enjoy every moment because the post-wedding comedown is real!

Anything you would have done differently?

Absolutely none. It was more amazing than we could have ever imagined.
