Tell us a little about you and your beloved: Jonathan and I met back in junior high, but did not start dating until our freshmen year of college. After that we were inseparable, we even took all the same courses through college, and both graduated with a degree in criminal justice. We both now have very rewarding careers in law enforcement. When not working we love spending time camping, going out on our boat and making our house a home.
What was the most amazing part of your day? The most amazing part of the day was just being able to celebrate with all of our closest friends and family. People still tell us how much the loved our wedding and how much fun they had. Our goal was to have our wedding feel like one big party and we definitely think we achieved that.

Any advice you’d give to our readers who are planning their weddings right now? When planning your wedding try to not to be overwhelmed by all the wonderful ideas you see on Pinterest and wedding blogs. It’s so easy to get caught up in wanting everything you see online, but your wedding should reflect you and your significant other.
Anything that you would have done differently if you were given the chance? I honestly do not think I’d change a thing if given the chance. Everything turned out just as planned thanks to my wonderful family and friends who helped so much and my day of coordinator.
