The first phase of enhancements will focus on the resort’s South Parcel, which will be closed to guests throughout this period. The South Parcel includes the resort’s private beach on Lake Tahoe, beach restaurants and bars, Lakeside Ballroom, and Lakeside Cottages.
While the South Parcel is closed, guests will still have the opportunity to enjoy Lake Tahoe. As part of the resort fee, guests will have access to two restricted local beaches: Incline Beach and Burnt Cedar Beach. Access ticket must be collected at the concierge desk. A complimentary daily shuttle will be available to transport guests to and from these locations. Additionally, we will continue operating our complimentary kayaks and paddle boards throughout the summer. Shuttle service will be available for guests with confirmed activity reservations and reserved time slots.
Our partner, Lake Tahoe Luxury Boat Rentals, will continue to offer boat rentals, with transportation provided to and from the pier for confirmed bookings. All other areas of the North Parcel – including the main guest room tower, Stillwater Spa, fitness facilities, indoor and outdoor event venues, Grand Lodge Casino, Tahoe Adventures programming for the entire family, and dining outlets Osteria Sierra, Cutthroat’s Saloon, Tahoe Provisions, and Tahoe-to-Go – will remain fully operational during this time.
GUESTS ONLY
Guests Only is our newest venue—an exclusive event space on the eleventh floor, offering unparalleled sophistication for intimate gatherings. With a capacity for up to 30 guests, this venue provides a private setting ideal for cocktail parties, bridal events, anniversaries, and birthdays. Immerse yourself in an atmosphere adorned with lush green velvet, sleek black marble counters, and vibrant greenery. Guests Only showcases breathtaking mountain views and a peekaboo glimpse of Lake Tahoe, creating a picturesque backdrop for any occasion.
REGENCY BALLROOM
This grand ballroom with 15′ ceilings can accommodate sit-down dinners for up to 450 guests. Conveniently located in the main tower of our Lake Tahoe resort, this event space can be divided into six sections to suit your needs. A foyer and corridor are available for large, formal events, ensuring a seamless experience.
THE WATER GARDENS
Explore the natural beauty of our Water Gardens, boasting lush greenery, gorgeous blooms, and meandering streams for a serene and picturesque setting. Hosting up to 130 guests, it’s the perfect spot for intimate weddings, brunches, rehearsal dinners, or a midday break during meetings.
CREEKSIDE LAWN
Step into a serene sanctuary on the edge of our property offering privacy and tranquility. Enjoy the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe’s swaying aspens, lush green lawns, and a flowing creek. With its secluded charm and intimate ambiance, Creekside Lawn provides the perfect venue for an unforgettable event.
