Dramatic and distinctive, the Library Galleria is a unique and beautiful event space. Towering columns reach toward the five-story atrium ceiling from which three sparkling glass rings of actual prisms are suspended. The gleaming terrazzo floor is inlaid with bronze abstract designs, symbolic of the River City.

The second and fourth floor Galleria balconies are adorned with oak and hand-tooled iron railings. Spotted along the balcony railings, exquisitely crafted fox heads gaze down on each event. With these artistic elements, there’s little need to add a lot of décor, which is kind to your budget. And because your photographer can get a bird’s eye view, not just the standard photo angles, your photos will be gorgeous, extraordinary, and elegantly distinctive.

Choose from amongst a dozen of the Sacramento region’s premiere caterers, who provide outstanding cuisine artfully presented. The Galleria and its caterers attempt to satisfy a wide spectrum of ethnic requirements so that you and your guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience at an event that reflects you and your heritage.

The dramatic main floor is the centerpiece of the Library Galleria. The 5,400-square-foot space comfortably seats up to 350 dinner guests. Receptions or theatre-style gatherings for as many as 500 may be accommodated. Encircling the main floor, the Galleria balcony offers expanded seating or reception space for up to 150 additional guests.

The Galleria complex also includes two meeting rooms that are ideal for smaller groups from 20 to 140 people. Measuring 1,600 square feet each, these carpeted rooms may be rented independently or in conjunction with Galleria main floor activities. They provide space for the bridal party to relax and prepare or they offer you an opportunity to provide a kids’ room for younger guests.

The space rental includes tables and chairs, shoji and wooden screens, a drop down screen for audio visual presentations, use of a microphone for announcements, and the Galleria sound system if you wish to play CDs.
