DIY Dried Florals

“The sentiment from dried florals can be lost over the years as the bouquet becomes brittle and dried.

I completely understand if bouquet preservation isn’t in the budget. The hope of doing it yourself and saving them for as long as humanly possible starts to feel a little unnerving when the dust collects and the cobwebs start to form.

Our tip is to purchase a 3″ chip brush (like the one pictured) and use a blow dryer on the coolest setting to brush away cobwebs and dust that may collect from time to time.

We recently took a bouquet from a client that had their beloved bouquet sitting on the top of their fridge for eight years. They joked that it was a lost cause, but fear not, I was able to clean it, restore its natural beauty, and place it in resin.”
