How did you meet?

Dalton and I worked together at a restaurant when we were younger. We knew we had something special and got the timing right later in life.

When did you become engaged, and how?

We got engaged on June 15th, 2022. Dalton proposed to Mia on her family’s vacation to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. We went to Sunset Monalisa, a beautiful restaurant overlooking the water. After dinner, we walked on the beach and sat down to look at the ocean. While I thought we were about to get up and walk back, Dalton proposed. We cried, and went back to see my family and celebrate with everyone.

We knew we wanted our ceremony to be small and imitate.

How did planning go?

Luckily, my husband, Dalton, has a Type A personality, and had Excel spreadsheets all organized for venues, vendors, etc. Our favorite time was choosing a venue.

We had, and continue to have, the best experience with Jordan as our photographer—I recommend her to all of our friends and family. We absolutely love her photography style and personality.
