Any vendor(s) you'd like to rave about?
All of my vendors were so easy to work with and lived up to all of my expectations!
How would you describe the ceremony? Was there anything specific that made it unique to you as a couple?
I love that my uncle got to marry us. I wanted our ceremony to be centered around God and my uncle, a religious man, did just that! Also, my two-year-old niece walked up to me unplanned, and gave me a little white flower during the beginning of the ceremony which I held onto the whole time. Unexpected but so sweet, my sister was terrified when she saw her start walking up to us lol!
Any memorable moments from your reception?
All of our toasts were funny and personalized. Also, my best friend catching my bouquet and then getting engaged 2-1/2 months later was so special. The photos that Sara got during that moment was the best and makes me smile every time I see them!
Also, the anniversary dance was such a memorable moment since my grandparents have been married for 69 years! It was so special to see them dancing, and to give us a little bit of advice for a long happy marriage!
What was the best part of your day?
Groom: The best part of my day was when we said ‘I do’ because I will never forget that moment and that special feeling.
Bride: I think the whole day was so special from waking up and getting ready with my best girlfriends to saying ‘I do’ to the love of my life, and then celebrating our love the rest of the night with all of our friends & family and just taking it all in!
Advice from the Couple
Try not to stress too much! The most important thing on your wedding day is that you will be marrying your best friend and that’s really all that matters!
