Tell us a little about you and your beloved:
Matt and I complement each other very well…not only emotionally, but also intellectually. We share the same core values and goals, and no matter what we are doing, we have lots of fun together. Our favorite past time is watching movies…there’s nothing we love more than snuggling together on the couch and enjoying an all day movie marathon. We look forward to a long life together.
What was the most amazing part of your day?
Our personal vows. We each wrote our own words and agreed to not share them with one another until the big day. Matt’s vows were free flowing and light-hearted…he shared memorable moments during our courtship, including several incidents that left everyone laughing. My vows were emotionally revealing…I had to start over after the first sentence because I could not speak. Our wedding party and the guests both laughed and cried as we shared with one another. Jaclyn (from Jaclyn Photography) captured one of my favorite pictures…of Matt wiping his eyes as I shared my vows with him. It’s so precious!
What else would you like to share about your big day?
The venue was a beautiful backdrop for pictures, the weather was perfect, and we were surrounded by all our friends and family…all the people we love the most. We are so grateful…nothing could have made the day better!
