Real Weddings Cover Models: Where Are They Now? {Becky}

Real Weddings is celebrating it’s 10th anniversary and in honor of this milestone, we are checking back in with our beautiful cover models! We’ve been so lucky to work with over 60 local brides these past 10 years and we’re eager to see where they are now.

Wow…where to begin! It’s been non-stop and quite the ride, but I have so much to be thankful for!

When did you get married?

Ethan and I were married May 25th, 2013. About 6 months after our wedding we moved from Sacramento and bought our first home in Lincoln. My husband then opened a second office in Roseville.

Any children (fur or human)?

A few months after getting settled my dad got diagnosed with Leukemia and was transferred to the VA hospital in San Francisco. I took a leave from work and stayed with my mom in the city so we could visit my dad everyday. My husband would come visit on the weekends or I would come home. We were happy to share with our family (my dad got to know first) that we were expecting our first child. My Dad was transferred home and unfortunately he passed after 7 long months of treatment. I was 7 months pregnant at the time. My daughter Charlotte was born in January of 2015 and brought life back into my family. 22 months later we welcomed TWINS!! That was a big surprise because we were originally told that we were just were having one. Our twins, Benjamin and Abigail, arrived the day before Thanksgiving in 2016. We are truly blessed to have these children.

What is your career?

I left my career after 14 years in the dental field to stay home with my little ones. It was the best decision I’ve made. I love being home and enjoy taking them to local parks and libraries as well as all our play dates with friends every week.

My husband Ethan is my best friend and I can’t imagine my life without him. We have experienced a lot of life together in a short amount of time and I’m truly blessed God brought him into my life.
