Today, we use the word “dazzling” very loosely. Following the popular trend of making dresses out of anything BUT fabric, the folks at Charmin decided to sponsor a contest that encourage brides to construct gowns out of… you guessed it… toilet paper. Armed with an unlimited number of rolls, glue and a needle, these resourceful designers pulled off some pretty incredible looks considering the materials offered.
