Tell us a little about you and your beloved:  Todd and I met through mutual friends about 3 years ago. At the time we met we knew there was something special, (I challenged him to a wrestling match and I won! He will disagree) although the timing wasn’t right.

Several months later we ran into each other and have been inseparable since. That first year, Todd lost both his wonderful father and mother. These tough times only brought us closer together and we knew we did not want to lose each other. The day before my 30th birthday, Todd sent me on a scavenger hunt, little did I know when I found him at the end, one little question would change our lives forever! I said yes and our wedding journey began!

Todd is also an amazing father to my 10 year old son, Mateo. We both have great jobs, loving families and couldn’t be happier to start growing our family.

What was the most amazing part of your day?  Everything! I don’t think I can pick just one thing! Seeing Todd’s face when he saw me for the first time, him putting my ring on backwards, me messing up our vows, saying “I Do”, our first kiss, our son Mateo’s speech at the reception, our first dance…. I said Everything!

What else would you like to share about your big day?  I would like to say thank you to everyone who made this happen and to all who supported us on our special day!

Any advice you’d give to our readers who are planning their weddings right now?  Enjoy the process, it flies by! There are so many times that people love to give you advice, and although some may be good, follow your gut, your heart and most importantly do what you want. It is your day and these memories you will cherish for forever.

Anything that you would have done differently if you were given the chance?  I would have definitely hired a videographer! We had a good friend video tape (which was great) but was unable to capture all of the great moments that we had. We are glad that we have something on tape and definitely appreciate his efforts!
