Sacramento Wedding Inspiration: Totally Cray in Love {The Layout}

Yes, we loved our couple models’ wedding hashtag so much we had to use if for our photo shoot title! Check out Totally Cray in Love from the brand new issue of Real Weddings Magazine!

When asked about being involved with the latest round of shots with Real Weddings Magazine, I of course jumped at the chance.  I started thinking about what type of shoot we might like to do and I knew Wendy had just received a pretty new 1965 Ford Mustang so I held my breath and sent her the request. I was so excited when she said yes and that set the tone for the shoot. I wanted something with a touch of vintage but not Mad Med and a hint of boho with a classic and chic twist. The location had a vintage gasoline station so it fit the look perfectly! We ended up not being able to use Wendy’s car but luckily there was another Mustang waiting in the wing.

We did end up using the couple’s last name because it was such a fun and easy hashtag to come up with! There were so many other little details – one of my favorite things to do is pick out stemware – especially pretty stemware! The menu was so elegant and I would personally love to attend a wedding that has a raw bar (eventually). I loved doing a shoot with vendors that I have worked with many times, ones I have not worked with in a while and ones that were brand new to me.  I hope to be working with them all a lot more!
