Crafted by master mixologists Jenn and Levy of Josie’s Cocktail Co., (side note, they also are master baristas at their company Retro Joe Coffee Co., serving up the best coffee beverages ever…not kidding!) these drinks were designed to complement the shoot’s lush florals, sun-kissed palette and joyful celebration of love.
The Limoncello Spritz brings bright, effervescent charm to the table with its refreshing blend of limoncello, prosecco and club soda, finished with fragrant mint and a slice of lemon for a crisp citrus lift. Meanwhile, the Pomegranate Martini offers a bold, jewel-toned counterpart—smooth vodka and orange liqueur shaken with fresh lime juice for a cocktail that’s both vibrant and sophisticated.

Limoncello Spritz

Ingredients
2 oz. limoncello
3 oz. prosecco
1 oz. club soda
Mint and lemon, to garnish
Directions
Add limoncello, prosecco, and club soda to rocks glass with ice and gently stir until mixed. Garnish with fresh sprig of mint and fresh lemon wheel.
Pomegranate Martini

Ingredients
3 ½ oz. vodka
1 oz. orange liqueur
½ oz. fresh lime juice
Lime wedge, to garnish
Directions
Add vodka, orange liqueur, and fresh lime juice to cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Pour into martini or coupe glass. Garnish with fresh lime wedge.
