Wine is a great accompaniment to just about everything, so it’s no surprise that Meghan and Daniel Jimenez of Above & Beyond Cakes found inspiration in the tasty beverage when creating some new treats. These wine-inspired desserts are decadent, beautiful and subtly sinful.
A Zinfandel berry sauce paired with a Nutella chocolate cake and topped with a caramel mousse. This is a great dessert for cake shooters and can also be rolled into cake pops. It’s full of amazing flavor and versatile in presentation.

Blonde bars are a great comfort food dessert we love to dress up! We take a traditional blonde bar and dress it up with a Moscato wine apricot sauce and top it off with a white chocolate mousse. Everything about it screams fun to the taste!
