Since 1976, Classique Catering has proudly served fresh and innovative cuisine throughout the Sacramento region to great acclaim. The eleven-time Sacramento Magazine “Best Caterer” recently won the coveted National Association for Catering and Events’ “Meeting of the Year” distinction.

“We have the ability, inventory and staffing to cater events for 3,000+ people and the attention to detail to cater events for as few as 25,” explains Catering Sales Manager Heather Johnson.

“We consistently receive rave reviews of our food.” When working with local brides and grooms, Chef Michael Hagerty’s bacon wrapped crab cakes and Central Valley chicken (gorgonzola, walnut and pear-stuffed chicken breast served with wild rice pilaf, a poached pear and seasonal vegetables) are always popular selections.

As the exclusive caterer to the Sacramento Convention Center, Community Center Theater, and Memorial Auditorium, Johnson estimates that the Classique Catering team provides its consistent, high-quality service at hundreds of events each year, dozens of which are weddings.

“Participating in the planning and execution of a couple’s ‘happiest day’ is sure to be a happy process,” she shares. “We enjoy getting to know each couple and helping their vision come to life.”
