Tell us a little about you and your beloved: We met through a mutual friend and dated for 6 weeks before we got engaged. It was a whirlwind. Shane actually found our venue and surprised me with a day trip to Tahoe to do a tour and meet the wedding coordinator. We both loved it immediately and thought it fit with what we pictured for our big day. We took our engagement pictures on the beach in front of our ceremony site.
What was the most amazing part of your day? Our first look. We got married in South Lake Tahoe and we met before the wedding on a bike path on this cute little bridge. Getting to see each other without everyone around was absolutely perfect and romantic.
What else would you like to share about your big day? It was perfect but it went so fast.

Any other of your wedding vendor(s) you’d like to call out that we missed in the above questions? Frankie at Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel was absolutely amazing!!! She really made our whole day feel so special and that she cared about making it all about us.
Any advice you’d give to our readers who are planning their weddings right now? Keep it about you! I was so happy we had a small, intimate wedding because it felt like the focus was really on us and our story not on the party or the “things”.
Anything that you would have done differently if you were given the chance? It was windy during the ceremony and I wish we would have switched sides so my veil wasn’t blowing in my face the whole time.
