Have you ever wanted to learn calligraphy? If so, we’ve got a fabulous opportunity for you! Thistle and Honey is hosting a fun Calligraphy Workshop on June 29th from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. taught by artist, Jenna Rainey.

Where: Thistle and Honey at 351 Green Valley Road in El Dorado Hills
About: Learn how to make your handwriting beautiful with practical uses of calligraphy during the day and age where texting and social media are the norm. This class will cover basic techniques in using a pen and nib dipped into ink. They will cover letters A-Z in your two hours together in order to build a foundation of style and form to practice from.
Class is limited to 14 spots. All materials are provided! Lunch and refreshments will be also be provided. Everyone will take home their calligraphy starter kit which includes: pen holder, nib, bottle of ink, alphabet guideline and practice sheets.
