Welcome back to our blog series from our cover model finalists photo shoot, “Drama Queens,” from the current Summer/Fall 2013 issue of Real Weddings Magazine.
In this installment, you get to know a little bit more about cover model finalist Becky Rust — could this girl glow any more, we ask? Such personality and playfulness — Becky is a classic beauty with her gorgeous blond locks and stunning eyes, and just as beautiful on the inside, you couldn’t ask for a sweeter girl! We are thrilled to have her as one of our cover model finalists!
So without further ado, may we present our Real Weddings Magazine Cover Model Finalist, Becky Rust!
Her love story: Becky is very grateful for online dating. She met her fiancé, Ethan, on Match.com, and quickly fell in love. About a month into dating, Ethan took Becky to a wedding where she got to meet a lot of his family. She absolutely loved them, and says that that sealed the deal.
Their wedding day: Becky and Ethan got married this past May at a small vineyard in Galt called Grace Vineyard. The couple enjoyed the vintage and rustic feel and being able to celebrate their love with their closest friends and family.
What her fiancé said about the cover model contest: Ethan encouraged Becky to enter the contest and was not at all surprised to hear she was a finalist. He says she should believe it now when he says that she’s beautiful. And we wholeheartedly agree!
Her “Cover Model” experience: Becky calls the photo shoot a “whirlwind of a day.” Though it was a little nerve-wracking at first, the Real Weddings team and photographer quickly made her feel comfortable. Her favorite part was seeing herself in all of the fun dresses and accessories.
