Real Weddings celebrated it’s 10th anniversary in 2017, and in honor of this milestone we are checking back in with our beautiful cover models! We’ve been so lucky to work with over 60 local brides these past 10 years and we’re eager to see where they are now.

When did you get married?
We got married March 30, 2013 at the Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento, CA.
Any children (fur or human)?
We have two sons: Oliver is two and a half and Jacob is eight weeks old. We also have one horse and three cats!
What do you do for a living?
I am a stay at home Mom to the two boys right now! Previous to that, I did both professional equestrian and weight loss coaching.
What do you enjoy doing with your family?
We live in Napa now, and I love taking the kids to the park and then grabbing lunch somewhere as a family on the weekends.
Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give yourself on your wedding day?
It goes by so fast so make sure you really take time to soak it in and remember each precious moment. Get a planner who will help make sure the day runs smoothly. And, don’t try to invite the whole world – just make sure the people who you really care about are there to share your special day.
What is your favorite part of marriage?
Having someone to make a life with who always supports you and wants you to be your best, and learning to be humble and make sure you do everything you can to support and love them as well. Every day isn’t easy, but the goal every morning should be to love one another as hard as possible.
How was your Cover Model experience?
It was so fun! My shoot was actually at my wedding venue, so I sort of got to relive aspects of my wedding while playing dress up! At the time, my husband was on a deployment and I hadn’t seen him in months, so it was very emotional but in a great way.
