Real Weddings Cover Models: Where Are They Now {Tania Scifo}

Real Weddings is celebrating it’s 10th anniversary and in honor of this milestone, we are checking back in with our beautiful cover models! We’ve been so lucky to work with over 60 local brides these past 10 years and we’re eager to see where they are now.

Tania (middle) graced our Winter/Spring 2009 cover shot at Granite Bay Golf Club by Sharpe Photographers (now known as The Red Sneaker Studio).

Where and when did you get married?

My husband and I got married at Viaggio Winery in Lodi on September 10, 2011.

Any children (fur or human)?

A four-year-old son, Sebastian, and two-year-old twin girls, Scarlett and Sophia.

What do you do for a living?

I won a clothing boutique, The Modern Hanger, as an Agnes & Dora Independent Representative.

Where are you currently living?

Rancho Cordova

What do you enjoy doing locally?

We love attending family events, and going out to lunch or dinner to local restaurants downtown.

Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give to yourself on your wedding day?

I would have told myself that I was going to get hot in my dress, so to bring a mini fan to have at my table (hidden, of course).

What is your favorite part of marriage?

My favorite party of a marriage is building a family and having kids.

Lastly, how was your Cover Model experience?

I had so much fun, and wish I could do it again as a mom – like a mom photo shoot! I think we all need to be reminded that although we are no longer brides, we are still beautiful and full of style!
