Can you share a funny/embarrassing/touching story about one of your clients? I served a sweet bride who had been a single mother for a very long time, and finally met the man of her dreams. On Christmas Day, surrounded by family, he proposed with tears in his eyes quoting favored poetry and their favorite love song playing in the background. We were both crying as she shared this special moment with me.

What’s your favorite comment/compliment that one of your clients has given you? I am so pleased to hear many of our clients tell me our gowns are exquisite and unique compared to what they have seen.

What’s your favorite local restaurant? Wasabi Sushi Bar & Grill.

What’s your favorite local charity? Friends of the Folsom Zoo.

What is your favorite fun thing to do locally? Walking along the American River Bike Trail.

Do you have secret vice or indulgence? What is it? Snyder’s Hot Buffalo Wings Pretzel Pieces.

Do you have any hidden talents? I love learning the history of places I visit.

If you weren’t in the business that you are in now, what other business/profession would you have liked to have done? A Professional Singer.

If you were to plan your own wedding, or re-do your wedding, what element(s) would be most important to you? The venue would be elegant, yet comfortable so family and friends will happily linger and enjoy the entire evening. And of course, the gown will complete a look that enchants my groom.

What advice would you can give to brides and grooms getting married today? Your marriage is the most important work and blessing you will ever have. Treasure and protect your spouse always.

Anything else you’d like to share with Real Weddings Magazine’s readers? Your wedding day is a very precious time, but it’s not the finale. An enduring and successful marriage will be your ultimate prize.
