Tell us a little about you and your beloved: We met each other freshman year of college, both of us having different recollections of the first time meeting! Matt says he tried to spark up a conversation during the first week of school, but I don’t recall talking to him for the first time until the last week of school!
We spent the entire year seeing each other in passing on campus, smiling at each other but never saying a word. Matt felt like he was shut down the first time and it took him the entire year to try again. We never ended up dating but remained in contact sporadically through the years.
Twelve years later, we connected and gave ourselves a real shot at being together. After our first year together, we got pregnant with our son, Kian. Matt proposed the day after he was born. Our wedding planning was a breeze! We are both very easy going and we planned it all in about 3 months!
What was the most amazing part of your day? Having all of our loved ones from all over the world all together in one room.
