Dave and Jackie love food and they love making events even more spectacular with their delicious creations. In addition to making food taste amazing, they take a lot of pride in their presentation, which is especially appreciated at weddings.
Off the Vine Catering offers sample menus to give clients an idea of what they offer, but they love working with clients to create custom menus to suit their specific taste.
Although, we’re not sure we could come up with anything more tempting than their Casino Shrimp: Ricotta cheese, herbs and bread crumbs stuffed shrimp, wrapped in bacon, or their Slow Smoked Choice Tri-Tip. Yum!
