The Couple: Alla & Viktor

Tell us a little about you and your beloved: Viktor and I met because my friend texted him from my cell phone. She borrowed my phone in high school and texted her friends and was Viktor. For some reason, Viktor and I continued texting after the phone was returned to me. One day we were texting and he asked what I was doing. I told him i was at my friend’s house practicing singing for sunday church service. Come to find out, the friend I was visiting was his sister! So, from there we kept on texting and became best friends for years! We started texting when i was in 10th grade! In 2009, he told me he liked me and that’s how it all started.
We dated for a long time and then on February 12th, 2015 Viktor proposed to me in San Francisco by the golden gate bridge.
What was the most amazing part of your day? The moment when my fiance (now husband), came in and saw me in my wedding dress. I was so nervous, I actually cried. Also, when the pastor announced us husband and wife was one of my favorite parts. But, the best part was when our parents prayed for us and asked God to bless us.
