The wedding giveaway will include use of the Willow Ballroom and its list of amenities valued at $7,500! Newly engaged couples interested in having their wedding reception at The Willow Ballroom & Event Center can participate simply by writing and entering their engagement story.
The winner will be chosen on September 4, 2018!

ONE ENTRY PER PERSON! No purchase necessary to enter or win. Must be 18 years or older. Must select a Caterer and DJ from list of pre-approved preferred vendors of The Willow Ballroom. Must be new client (if you are in contract with the Willow Ballroom & Event Center, your entry will not be accepted). Must have 200 guests or less. Must select date between January 2019-January 2020. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or The Willow Ballroom, which are binding and final on matters relating to this promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Willow Ballroom Wedding Venue Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM PST on August 1st, 2018 and ends at 12:01 AM PST on August 31st, 2018. Winner will be announced Tuesday, September 4, 2018.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Winner is solely responsible for any wedding expenses other than the venue rental fee. Should the event be cancelled for any reason The Willow Ballroom will not award the winner any funds or another calendar date. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash. All prize details are at Willow Ballroom’s sole discretion.
