Charcuterie boards are a big trend in the food and wine industry, so it’s no surprise that it’s made its way onto the wedding scene.
Gayle Blessings of La Provence Restaurant & Terrace says that cheese and charcuterie boards are a popular request for 2020 weddings. Specifically, she says, couples are requesting a charcuterie board to be set our prior to the ceremony.
These beautifully displayed assortment of meats, cheeses, nuts and fruits are as impressive as they are delicious. By providing guests a large board before the ceremony, it promotes a feeling of warmth and hospitality and encourages guests to snack and mingle.
We anticipate seeing many charcuterie boards this wedding season and we can’t wait to dig in.
