Just like you do for your wedding, for our styled shoots, we plan and prepare…we want everything to be perfect. But, just like in weddings, hiccups happen. So what do you do? You pivot! By now, you’ve heard us say “hire professionals” over and over and over again. And on our shoots we work with the best of the best wedding professionals in the local region. On this particular shoot day, some hiccups were thrown our way: we accidentally broke our sweetheart table and THE WIND. But what did our team do? We pivoted. No sweetheart table, no problem: we created a place setting flat lay. Wind? You’re not going to defeat us…we’re going to work with it. The result: epic and dramatic photos! And, the icing on the cake was our real bride model Jessica who completely went with the flow and laughed all the way through our shoot—her infectious (and dare we say a wee bit mischievous?!) smile says it all!
