Tell us a little about you and your beloved.
Greg and I (Mark) met through an app; our first date was dinner and Star Wars: The Last Jedi. We dated for a year and moved in together almost a year after we met. Greg proposed to [me] using a Lego to hold the ring. After another year, we started planning for the wedding, looking for locations first, then getting recommendations for vendors from the location we chose and from friends and acquaintances.
What was the best part of your day?
The most amazing part of our special day was that Mark’s entire family was able to attend. [It was] the first time all four generations were in one place at a time!
What else would you like to share about your big day?
Even though it was a whirlwind, we remember every moment of it!
What advice would you give to our readers who are planning their weddings right now?
Start planning as soon as possible and find vendors that you click with. Also, most importantly, find a Day of Event Planner or Wedding Planner! I can’t stress enough how huge of a weight was lifted off our shoulders by having ours!
Anything you would have done differently?
Absolutely nothing!
