A snow shoot in the Summer/Fall issue? Well, YES, we say! At Real Weddings, we’re all about breaking the rules, so why not! We know you are planning weddings all year around, for all seasons, so, yeah, we planned a snow shoot and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
But on the day of the shoot, there was a little hiccup:ย the weather!
While we expected that there would be snow on the ground in gorgeous Lake Tahoe, providing a beautiful background for the shoot, we didn’t expect for snow to actually be falling during the shoot. Plus, then two minutes later, the snow would stop and the sun would come out.
But Mother Nature knows what she’s doing, and these quick weather changes turned out to be a blessing in disguise โ our design team, along with our beautiful real bride model Kimberly, just went with the flow, and made the magic happen!
So without further ado, we present our “Let It Snow” styled decor inspiration shoot…perhaps it will inspire you to add color, depth, texture and dare we say, snow, to your wedding day theme!
