Read and Review Your Contracts
“We closely review all the contracts for our clients to make sure they are protected. Get clarity from your vendors ahead of time about their policies and fees around rescheduling, adjusting payment timelines, and cancellations. Keep an ongoing list so that if something unexpected happens, you have all the necessary information on hand.”
