Salud! Mobile Bar is a dry hire mobile bartending service. This means we can provide everything except alcohol. Prior to your event we will meet to provide a personalized consultation to discuss and decide upon a beverage menu. This could be signature cocktails, beer(s), wine, mocktails, etc. From that meeting we will give you a liquor shopping list based on the menu and number of guests. This allows the client to purchase based on their budget and keep any unused alcohol. On the day of the event we can bring everything else. This includes Rita, our charming vintage mobile bar, trained bartenders, ice, plastic drinkware, mixers, garnish and drink signage.
Hola Rita… short for Margarita
Rita is our custom fabricated beverage service trailer containing two taps, two ice sinks, burnt pine counters, two serving windows and extras like USB ports and outlets allowing your guests to charge electronics. Rita can be dressed up with lights or decorations to match your event or theme. Coming in at 6 feet wide, 9 feet long and 8 feet tall, means Rita is ready for any party from a backyard gathering to larger events.
